I am an instructor at the Pamukkale University, Vocational High School of Technical Sciences, Department of Electronic and Automation, Program of Biomedical Equipment Technology. I have been also working as a researcher Biologist at Hydrobiology Laboratory since 2006. By the main objective of my M.Sc. and Ph.D. studies, I have been studying identification of larvae and exuviae of chironomids (Diptera: Insecta); subfossil chironomid training set and transfer function modeling. I have been also studying identification of larvae and nymph of some Benthic Macro Invertebrate orders, such as (Diptera, Odonata, Ephemeroptera, Trichoptera, Hemiptera, Coleoptera). I worked as a researcher in several water quality and biomonitoring projects (TUBITAK, Ministry, WWF). As personel interests, I have been working on R statistical computing, SWEAVE and JAVA (Object oriented language).
